Workplace adjustments protect the rights of people with disability as established by legislation. However, compliance is not the reason employers need to offer them. Workplace adjustments allow equal and full participation. This is a basic human right. Removing barriers to create an accessible environment for all increases safety, productivity and engagement. That’s a win-win!
