As a Time Managekent coach I definitely say: don’t make a To Do List but make a MIT (Most Important Task) list, block the time and have deadline.

Deep work increases productivity. Learning to be fully present at whatever you do, increases your chances of not only completing the task in lesser time, but having time for the tasks that you needed more time for.

"I’m too busy" is code for "I have no control." I know because I used to wear “busy” like a trophy. Non-stop calls. Back-to-back meetings. No boundaries. It felt important - until I realized I was just a broke CEO of my own time. Now? I say 'NO' more than I say yes. I control the clock, not the other way around. Busy is chaos. Productive is power. A wealth man spent all day at work never had time for Friends Children Wife years later... His wife left him The children grew up and left him. His friends , well they were not longer considered friends. He fell sick No one knew He was alone Till his last breathe No matter how busy you are make time for those that matter.
