Its a treat when potential clients hit my desk that know EXACTLY why they are selling and want to go passive. But the reality is most don't have a clue. They start by learning what's possible. Then we discuss what their life will look like after they are done managing real estate. Often its a surprising conversation, one they have never had before. After having 100s of these conversation, we know what is sounds like when our clients are ready to go passive and those that want to stay in the game.
