Well, firstly, happy Friday everyone. So I ran a couple of training sessions earlier this week, 1 to the UK, one to Australia, but I wanna focus on the UK for the moment. So the training session was around preparing hiring managers for interview and why that's so important. Typically every single consultant, I asked this of every consultant, every agency, when we run through training or having a conversation, do they prepare their candidates for interview? Invariably everyone turns around and says. Yes, of course. Why wouldn't we? However, I reckon less than 1% and I reckon it's probably even one out of 1000, actually prepare hiring managers for interview, which to me is astonishing. There's two people in the interview, yet we're only preparing one of them. And a lot of the time what I hear is that we're making an assumption that the hiring manager actually knows what they're doing, They're prepared, they they've interviewed before. However, the data that's coming through is actually showing us this isn't the case. So what we've seen over the last. In 1/4, and we see this consistently quarter on quarter is that when the hiring manager delivers the candidate experience in interview and they get this right, they're reviewed against five questions, five key questions that the candidate is reviewing them against post interview. When that score of those five questions is between 90 to 100, the job converts to placement 44% of the time. Now when that experience drops to 80 to 90, it actually dips to 26% conversion. And then down to 13 at halves when it's 70 to 80. So it's pretty clear that the experience that the candidate is receiving from the hiring manager has a huge impact on outcome. But it doesn't actually end there. When the candidate who accepts the job, who has placed their experience in the interview is actually 90 to 100, it sits in that bandwidth 79% of the time. So they're having a far greater experience, the candidates who are actually accepting the offer in the end. To those who don't now, those who actually score that interview, who do accept the placement between 80 to 90. The bandwidth below actually only convert 10% of the time. So this correlation of data is absolutely staggering and really shows that the hiring manager needs to be on the ball when they're in that interview and delivering and meeting expectations of candidates. Now, the agencies that are getting this right, that are working with their clients, the top agencies that have this high conversion rate actually outperform on fuel rate by 59% to the average agency. That's enormous. So if you're not measuring this, you absolutely need to be. You also need to be preparing your hiring managers. For interview.
