In my early years, I didn’t start with advantages. My first steps into the world of logistics were more humble than people might imagine. I didn’t have the connections or the resources to get ahead quickly. Instead, I worked on the ground, gaining firsthand experience, often doing the work others might overlook. I remember standing at the edge of a crowded warehouse, watching as shipments moved in and out, and realizing the immense potential to bring order and efficiency to the chaos. My journey wasn’t without struggles. There were moments of doubt—when deals fell through, when the long hours took their toll, and when I felt like progress was slipping away. But I always believed that challenges were simply tests of my resilience. I spent late nights pouring over data, looking for ways to streamline processes, and early mornings pushing teams to innovate. Over time, that persistence paid off. Every small win—a streamlined route, a satisfied client, a well-executed delivery—became fuel for the next step. And with each step, I grew more confident in the vision that logistics, when done right, could be a force for good. I’ve always looked for ways to work smarter, and I believe Packhunt is creating the tools to make that happen. 🥈 The people. During my interview process, I met so many team members whose energy and excitement about Packhunt were contagious. A few examples: In two weeks, I’ll represent the 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 in the World Championships of #Warhammer, a tactical tabletop game. 👀👀👀 I’ve also represented the 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 in American Football across Europe and participated in the Tall Ships Races, sailing from Bermuda to Charleston, USA. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗦 𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲? "Customer Success is the most honest way of doing business."
