Email Segmentation is: (The right message + the right person + the right time) This is how you print with email. BUT consumer behavior is constantly changing and segmentation is theory based. Being TOO granular is: a: Time consuming b: Too subjective to change Most brands can divide their segmentation based on email + site engagement.
