I've started looking at a few freshers' referral requests I received lately and I wanted to make looking at profiles easier for me, so if you send me referral requests please follow this format so that I don't have to open like 30 resumes redirecting me to a thousand other places 😂 . Degree info - ex. IIITN Btech CSE 2023, x CGPA Past experience (if any) - ex. Intuit SWE intern/fte, 6 months (don't write about roles that did not involve coding) CP profile - link to your codeforces, codechef, leetcode, atcoder, etc email and mobile number - Write up for 'why should we hire this candidate' - keep it short, highlight your achievements/learnings related to computer science. Also mention why you want to work at #google This by no means is how you should ask for referrals to everyone, this is specific to me and is just meant to make things I look for in someone's resume easier because a lot of the messages I received did not add their resume, and had a huge intro write up. Also please only request for referrals when you see a job opening relevant to your experience on the career site at present AND you have not yet exhausted the job applications limit on the career site, because referrals sort of expire in a month. I do not know if any openings are there right now or not I'm simply posting this because I happened to look at my DMs yesterday, so please only ask for a referral if you see the opening you seek on the career site.

Having completed 3 years at Intuit recently, I’m sharing my interview experience I applied for the SDE-2 position via Instahyre and was selected for further rounds🤩 There were in total 6 rounds: ✅ Online coding assessment - Included coding questions and MCQs on OOPs and 𝐃𝐒𝐀. ✅ Craft round - It was basically a 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 round where I was given a real-world problem statement and I needed to come up with the LLD. Later, I was cross-questioned, too. ✅ TR 1 - This was the first tech round and included questions on DSA and 𝐉𝐚𝐯𝐚 covering multi-threading, exception handling and OOP concepts. ✅ TR 2 - Here, I was asked a few 𝐩𝐮𝐳𝐳𝐥𝐞𝐬 and open-ended questions to test my reasoning skills. ✅ TM - This techno-managerial round involved a discussion on my past 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 and experiences. ✅ HR - The final round was a basic HR discussion followed by offer generation.
