Perhaps our dreams are there to be broken, and our plans are there to crumble, and our tomorrows are there to dissolve into todays, and perhaps all of this is all a giant invitation to wake up from the dream of separation, to awaken from the mirage of control, and embrace whole-heartedly what is present. Perhaps it is all a call to compassion, to a deep embrace of this universe in all its bliss and pain and bitter-sweet glory. Perhaps we were never really in control of our lives, and perhaps we are constantly invited to remember this, since we constantly forget it. Perhaps suffering is not the enemy at all, and at its core, there is a first-hand, real-time lesson we must all learn, if we are to be truly human, and truly divine. Perhaps breakdown always contains breakthrough. Perhaps suffering is simply a right of passage, not a test or a punishment, nor a signpost to something in the future or past, but a direct pointer to the mystery of existence itself, here and now. Perhaps life cannot go 'wrong' at all. Jeff Foster

“He was a tough teacher but the life lesson he shared was powerful”. Not only teachers but good managers are also tough people. Why? Because human nature is basically an inert piece of dumb sloth focusing on convenience, pleasure and physical comfort. We have a mind but we find it too much of a bother to use it because it requires learning, focusing, discipline and then follow up with physical effort. This amounts to just too much. We never really forget the love and care and effortless life we had as a child hope this would be the norm for the rest of our life. We love being pandered and hate parents who are strict and push towards greater achievements and goals. This is one of the reasons why our laziness permits bad kings to rule unimpeded (and in the democratic set-up it has become even easier). The human make-up is founded on Tamas, Inertia and Inconscience. If we do not make effort to get out of its clutches we are doomed to a reckless and sad life. We will still know some pleasures but this will be only as long as we are in our physical prime which is about 30-40 years of our life on the average. Our judging is also based on “liking” things and people who help us promote these tendencies. Here we have to also talk of the Cosmos’s make-up. Negative forces are running this planet for their amusement and we are quite basically their playthings. They are able to push our minds to do things thru our tendencies and they love mayhem. Our tamasic, lazy attitudes are helping them and we do not see the suffering that we are permitting to prevail on this earth. The joke is that we suffer in the process too but somehow we do not wish to or cannot see the connection.

Kerry K ~ What Multiple NDE’s Taught Me About Life Beyond the Veil July 14, 2024 https://lnkd.in/gtbSnJrX In this video, Kerry shares some fascinating, very sincere and deeply personal childhood experiences; specifically the ones that led her to stepping fully into remaining here in order to complete her mission. Imagine having reached that wonderful place of feeling entirely at home outside of the matrix, and then having to come back into this uncomfortable mess over and over again. There’s so much more in here to unpack. It might require more than one listen… “Feeling my life slipping from me was a familiar feeling, and one that I kind of enjoyed after many years of NDE’s (Near Death Experiences). I knew what to expect, and always looked forward to it. Life on the other side of the veil felt like home, and it taught me everything I know about reality beyond the false matrix. How I know what I know and where my information comes from ~ that’s what I’m sharing with you today. It’s a very personal story, vulnerable and close to my heart. It talks about a childhood of illness and how that illness led me to spend more time beyond the veil and eventually outside of the false matrix.” Chapters 00:00 ~ Intro 02:21 ~ Childhood illness 02:51 ~ I remember entering this life 04:10 ~ Miscarriages 05:00 ~ Souls’ intention 06:03 ~ The psychic daughter of a psychic mother 06:38 ~ Multiple NDE’s (near death experiences) 07:29 ~ Coming back into the body 08:10 ~ A vulnerable moment 08:51 ~ Seeing dead ancestors and pets 10:53 ~ Days in hospital 12:00 ~ NDE’s progressing into higher realms 12:00 ~ The astral realm 13:16 ~ Going beyond the astral realm 14:51 ~ Beyond the veil (heaven) 15:32 ~ Plugged into creation itself 17:47 ~ Christ Consciousness 21:00 ~ Letting go of religion 21:55 ~ The final NDE 29:46 ~ The Galactics 34:00 ~ My words are the smallest part of my teaching

In the radiant arena of life, approach each moment with preparedness, whether it be for triumph or for trial. Embrace every outcome with courage, for within you lies the resilience to say, “I am capable.” Consider each setback not as defeat, but as a pivotal moment of enlightenment and grace. The Enlightenment: In the aftermath, engage in soulful reflection. What wisdom has this challenge bestowed upon you? It’s a time for profound understanding of your habits, your skills. Question the need for a mentor’s guidance or further education. How might you evolve? Such inquiries pave the path to personal growth and discovery. This discovery, in turn, unveils a hidden blessing. The Blessing: Without the sting of loss, you may never have ventured beyond the bounds of comfort. Each setback is a step on the staircase to greater heights, a testament to your enduring spirit. And in times of doubt, find solace in the divine assurance that you are never alone. As proclaimed in Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Let this truth anchor you, knowing that in every season of life, the Almighty is with you, guiding your journey and fortifying your heart.

To the hetabrain, of course, ‘survival of the most harmonious’ doesn’t sound anywhere near as convincing as ‘survival of the fittest’. For starters, the hetabrain is incapable of recognizing harmony, as we have seen. When it looks to the world, it seeks and detects order, which promises to facilitate control. What a difference it would make to your soul’s journey and to your kinship with the world if you sought to harmonize with it—if you took that to be the cardinal necessity. It would change how you step out of your front door and onto the street. It would change how you wake up in the morning—opening your eyes to mutual awareness and seeking to listen to and harmonize with the world’s five dimensional aliveness, rather than waking up already trapped within the machinery of your agendas as they grind away at you and the world to get things done. I think ‘survival of the fittest’ was obliquely introduced to us in the sixth century b.c. by Zoroaster, who saw the world as the battleground in which the good God was perpetually in conflict with the evil God. All of nature, including human nature, was implicated in that struggle for domination. Joseph Campbell’s observation on the effect of that worldview shows how deeply it still runs within us: One is not to put oneself in accord with such a world, but to correct it. And in your efforts to correct it, nothing can impart a sense of entitlement more thoroughly than the knowledge that your actions are sanctified by the good God, and are made on his behalf, and that what you oppose is impure and not deserving to survive. ~ Philip Shepherd, from the book, New Self New World #presence #harmony #bodyswisdom #embodiment #healingjourney

3 Pieces of Wisdom about the now of this moment 1. We only ever live in and know this single moment, an eternal now filled with ghosts we call “past” and echoes we call “future.” 2. Someone needs to hear the good you think of them—don’t stop until you’ve found them. 3. Life changes too rapidly for us to ignore by clinging to “how it was.” I have many books, “fast-paced, hopeful fiction,” available on my site at kevintumlinson.com/books A NOTE AT THE END I’ve been feeling a gentle and sweet melancholy, a soft heartbrokenness, for the past few days. Really, if I think back, it’s stretched further along my timeline than that, going all the way back to childhood, to quiet summer days by rain-filled ponds, to icy and frosted winter mornings. I’ve walked quietly on beaches while others laughed and played, and I looked out at the coming waves and felt the immensity of the ocean, like a wise creature waiting for me to understand what it is. I’m at yet another crossroads in my life. The choices and decisions I make now will determine my direction. Am I going to try going back? Despite the road being grown over, the winds having blown soil and seed over it all? Or, if I’m going forward, which of the innumerable paths do I pick? How do I know I’m picking the right one? You always pick the right one. The obscured and invisible path behind you is the only one that can ever be the wrong choice. But the point isn’t the path ahead, either. It’s where you’re standing right now. Where I’m standing. That’s the choice. See the ground beneath your feet in the right here and the right now, and after you’ve rested a bit, keep walking.

The quote "We suffer more often in imagination than in reality" is often attributed to the Stoic philosopher Marcus Aurelius, who was also a Roman Emperor from 161 to 180 AD. This idea is a central tenet of Stoic philosophy, which teaches the importance of controlling one's thoughts and perceptions in order to achieve inner peace and resilience in the face of adversity. In essence, Marcus Aurelius is suggesting that many of the hardships we experience are not necessarily caused by external circumstances, but rather by our own interpretations and reactions to those circumstances. By recognizing this tendency of the mind to magnify and distort difficulties, one can gain greater control over their emotions and responses, ultimately leading to a more tranquil and contented life. This concept has resonated throughout the centuries and continues to be a source of inspiration for those seeking wisdom and guidance in navigating the challenges of life.
