In springtime earlier this year, I shared some of my thoughts here, on the importance of having a business purpose. How we should be led not only by KPIs, growth rates, new customers, and so on, but also by a purpose – the reason why we do what we do, every day.   Having a strong sense of purpose creates alignment, sets out a direction, and it informs our company values which is an integral part of our company culture.   At WorkPoint this year, we have been rethinking our purpose, core values, culture, value proposition, and more. Are anonymous Q&As a human right? 🤔 Thinking out loud - should organisations allow asking questions anonymously in company meetings or not? Or when does an organisation reach a point when anonymous questions are not 𝘰𝘬𝘢𝘺 anymore? Is it a matter of size, public vs private company, or simply… a matter of culture? Asking questions anonymously can give a voice to people who might not ask anything in public and a platform for questions that otherwise give room for too much bias. On the other hand, in the professional business environment, shouldn't everyone be able to stand by their words in person? At Bolt, I've seen our CEO Markus Villig countless times being incredibly brave to take on LIVE Q&A sessions where everyone can ask him anything. Anonymously. In front of 3000+ employees.
