+20% revenue growth, despite -38% ad spend 📈 Here are Girav's three key steps to achieve this: The slow fashion e-commerce brand from the Netherlands became well-known as a clothing brand for tall men. When they approached us in 2021, they were established in the Netherlands and saw Germany as their next growth market. What was crucial for their scaling? Profitability from day one! 😎 Three steps made all the difference: 1️⃣ Girav introduced guidelines for KPIs at the start of their growth strategy, including overall ROAS, overall CACs, and individual channel ROAS. 2️⃣ Specifically, they ran paid social, PMAX, and display retargeting campaigns. ROAS, CACs, and new customer shares were compared across channels and campaigns. Winning ads were scaled strategically. 3️⃣ Daily learning & monitoring led to massive success! 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁. They struggled with traditional Meta ads. ROAS was ok but growth flatlined. After speaking with the founder, we realized they used an outdated "cost-per-acquisition" approach. Not ideal for a D2C brand with varying price points. They were stuck in a rut with their classic Facebook and Instagram ads. The return on ad spend was decent, but their D2C ecommerce sales just wouldn't budge month after month. ↳ First, we switched to a "target return on ad spend" strategy. This maximizes total revenue for D2C ecom, not just cheap conversions. ↳ Next, we cleaned up audience targeting on Meta ads. Despite "exact match" keywords, spend went to irrelevant queries. We mined search reports to negate those bad queries. ↳ For new product launches, we use "max conversions" with a fixed budget. This generates an initial D2C ecom order surge for later optimization. Here is a case study for one of Drip Digital Media E-Comm Brands. These results for were for July 1st - Aug 20th! Ad Spend - $21,657 Cost Per Conversion - $20.26 Website Purchases - 1,069 Purchase Conversion Value: $102,140 ROAS - 4.72 We are currently running 2 campaigns for this client, a TOF Purchases campaign and a retargeting campaign. The TOF Purchases campaign is running 2 Adsets. 1 of which is a Broad ASC+ (with very few interests) and is excluding any purchases from the past 180 days. The other Adset is utilizing Lookalikes and is also excluding past purchasers. It is running multiple different ad types including image and video ads, each focusing on different products and directing to the product page for said product. The TOF Purchases campaign, during this time period has gathered: 851 Purchases $19 Cost Per Purchase $80,791 Purchase Conversion Value 4.88 ROAS. The retargeting campaign is targeting all purchasers from the past 180 days, but excluding any purchasers from the past 14 days. It is running a more general video and driving to the main products page. The retargeting campaign during this time period has gathered: 217 Purchases $20 Cost Per Purchase $21,169 Purchase Conversion Value 4.77 ROAS. The objective was to drive traffic, convert potential buyers, and retarget them for maximum ROI. Key Metrics: Conversions: 73.54 Conversion Value: $18.6K ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): 1,005.96% Cost: $1.85K Optimization Score: 84.8% CTR (Click-Through Rate): 1.91% Results: The campaign yielded $18.6K in revenue with a 1,005.96% ROAS, generating over $10 for every $1 spent. 73.54 conversions were achieved, and the optimization score of 84.8% shows strong management with room for improvement. Recommendations: Increase CTR by refining ad copy and targeting. Scale budget for high-performing campaigns to further increase revenue. Optimize retargeting through dynamic ads to improve customer engagement and conversions. This campaign successfully achieved its goals, delivering high returns with efficient ad spending.

In 15. January, we launched our in-house e-commerce project with the goal to generate $3 000 000 in sales in april. And 15 days later, we have already achieved $40 000 in sales. It's one thing to see $20k days for our clients, but it hits differently when you do this for your own brand. This also proves to our team and our clients that the same activities that we do for them also can be done for our brand, and the results are shown for themselves. On the media buying side - Fresh pixel - Broad targeting - 21 ad sets tests - 64 different creatives tested - 6 winning creatives out of 64 creatives tested On website - Every day, spend at least 1 hour reviewing visitor recordings - Every day, improve the website to make it more convenient to shop with us - Every day, adding new tasks on what needs to be improved on the website Offer - Creating the best offer in the market - Testing value vs scarcity offers ( currently, scarcity is winning) Numbers - AOV $2.8k - CPA $218 - eROAS 12.19 - Current problems We have reached our ad account daily spending limit.
