Greetings LinkedIn Community, I recently completed my master's thesis titled "𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐆" to conclude my master's studies in Global Foresight and Technology Management at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt . The automotive industry is undergoing significant disruptions, making strategic excellence more crucial than ever. My thesis explores how Continental Automotive can integrate strategic foresight through scenario planning to better anticipate the rapidly evolving #automotive industry environment, assess the robustness of the automotive product portfolio against this rapid change to further develop our global strategy and stay ahead of the #competition. I want to thank my team at Continental Automotive—Bettina Moser, Markus Risch, and Suhas Mahadevappa—and my academic mentor at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, Jan Oliver Schwarz, for their invaluable support and guidance throughout this journey. I look forward to applying the knowledge and insights gained from this research in my new position at Continental Tires, contributing to our ongoing success and competitive edge.

Honored to receive not one, but two awards—the Jury Award and Audience Award—at CARES USA 2024, alongside Jessie Richardson from Toyota North America. Out of the four awards presented during the conference, winning two for our session, “Toyota & das-Nano: Paving the Way with Terahertz Film Build Measurement Systems for Saving Time, Materials, and Energy,” is a true testament to the impact of our collaboration. Held at the iconic Henry Ford Museum in Detroit, our presentation showed how terahertz technology can transform paint shop efficiency, reducing waste and cutting down on environmental impact in automotive manufacturing. CARES - Future in the Making in making, founded by major auto OEMs including BMW Group, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai Motor Company, Magna International, Nissan Motor Corporation, Renault Group, Stellantis, and Toyota Motor Corporation, is a premier forum where the automotive industry collaborates on innovative strategies for sustainable manufacturing. Strengthening Ties with Continental As part of our participation in HANNOVER MESSE 2024, we had the privilege of visiting one of our key partners, ContiTech México, a global leader in automotive technology. This visit was an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment, as a cluster and as a government, to continue collaborating with Continental Industry in driving the growth of Chihuahua and offering our support for the company's future expansion in our state. The Europe-wide Drive2Transform project was recently launched under the coordination of R-Tech Group in #Regensburg!🚀 The initiative will better connect small and medium-sized companies in the automotive sector and actively shape the transition towards electrification, automation and new business models. New insights about the future of the automotive industry will be shared in Bordeaux at the 32nd International Colloquium of GERPISA - Le Réseau International de L'Automobile - The International Network of Automobile. We are proud that CELSI researcher Monika Martiskova will be part of the conference on Wednesday in session No. 7, where she will discuss perspectives for a "Just Transition" in the automotive industry. Monika Martiskova will present research about impacts of automotive transformation on workers in Slovakia, Czechia, and Hungary, which was done in collaboration with CELSI researchers Patrik Gažo and Tibor Meszmann.

Bosch's legacy is not merely in the products he crafted but in the broad vision he held for technology's role in enhancing life.
