No Horror with our Homes After Tenants Move Out This property was lived in for 54 months and the tenant just left right before Thanksgiving. We immediately went out to the property because of the cold weather to ensure that the property was secured and taken care of immediately as far as heat. I took pictures and quoted the property for this owner and an approximately $5000 to get it back up to to rent ready and raise the rent $350 a month. This property after all expenses during the time of rent, we deposited $29,519 in this owners account. We really enjoy making money for our clients. Keeping properties moving is no easy task. Details of Investor Friendly Realtor: What is an investor, friendly Realtor? This video shows you how I follow the property through from purchase to rehab. Making sure all budget repairs, and so many other things are taken care of during this process, but I also keep the investor updated on a weekly basis. We also do before and after pictures And a buzz for the property before it’s even for lease. After everything is completed, we put together a portfolio of pictures and videos for the Investor to have for the records and for the appraiser to see when they refinance it or finance it. The other thing that Investment needs to know is the actual rental amount. It will be gotten by each property. This is an important factor for the cash flow and the profit for the client that I do every property and we are correct on all our rentals 99% of the time. Having an investment realtor that says they’re investment realtors one thing have one that does all the services that we do is another.
