People, by default, DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Or your product… Or your service… Or your corgie-mix dressed as a dragon. (ok that one is pretty great, but the point stands) How do you get people to stop? To care? To stop the endless scroll? GIVE THEM SNACKS. Short, snacky content. One of the best ways to do this is with potent quotes. Quotes provide a human angle to your story, making it more relatable. Quotes dive your audience IMMEDIATELY into the story. You have to answer a hidden question: WHY SHOULD I CARE? Contextualize your story. Explain WHY your announcement is relevant at this moment. Relate it to current market trends or social media topics for added interest. Trend-jack. Address an issue and how you're solving it. Emotionally Resonant: Don't shy away from showing genuine emotions in your quotes, either. Authenticity CONNECTS with readers. Openness invites trust. A touch of humor or a punchy statement can make your quote stand out. As always, BE ANYTHING BUT BORING.
