The golden rule of business and beyond. In 20 years of entrepreneurship, it's never failed me. Never lie. Not to clients, not to employees, not to loved ones, not to anyone. That way, you won't have to: • Remember who you lied to and what you said. • Feel ashamed when the truth inevitably comes out (because it will). • Try to rebuild a tarnished reputation. • Regain lost trust.
