How do you communicate your annual survey results to your members? We tried something different this year, and shared the results with the community via video format. Normally, I've written a lengthy article regarding the survey results and offered in-person meetings for anyone who would like more detail. I never had any takers - which makes me wonder if anyone really read the memo. Now, I'm pleased to say that we haven't any any controversial survey results or major pain points that were greatly affecting the member experience...This year was no different - I'm so proud of this group. I'm curious.... When do you do your annual satisfaction survey? What is your typical response rate? Do you do the survey in-house or with an outside firm? How do you communicate the results? #satisfaction #memberexperience #surveyresults #feedback #communication #engagement #clublife #leadership #hospitality #improvement #KPI #data

With the significant, and I mean SIGNIFICANT, disruption to residential community clubs and especially in the Southeast - it’s very important to provide context to survey responses. GGA helped us with this. Communities are seeing 30%-50% new members - and many of these members are new to HOA/Club life, have different expectations, and need more education, transparency and communication more than ever.

Josiah Smith Getting ready to launch mine this summer (in house developed) and was toying around with a similar idea to both launch & present results.... Watching a bit of this, has certainly encouraged me to take action on the idea!
