Our most common build request right now? Client Portals. Existing SaaS is too rigid as they need to be able to apply to as wide a market as possible. This means companies are often trying to fit their process, into a tool that doesn't reflect it, causing customer confusion and extra workload on employees. Square peg, round hole situation. Now that software development is so cheap, companies can have this Portal directly reflect their process, not the other way around. For bonus points we're also adding AI agents, to interact with customers for those first level, clarifying, and easy questions. Way better customer experience, and employees can focus on much more crucial, revenue generating tasks.
