Ordinal Encoding: Perfect for categorical data with a clear order or ranking (think education levels or customer satisfaction). It assigns values in a way that preserves the natural order. Label Encoding: Simple yet powerful, this technique assigns unique integers to categories without implying any order—ideal for non-ordinal data.
