We have the pieces we need to solve for this across extended health partnerships that leverage data sharing, software and human processes. Value Based care is slowly advancing such collaborations that were disincentivized in a purely fee for service world. From platforms like Innivaccer to custom Payor provider partnerships, both care and cost Improvemenrs can be realized. It takes orchestrating several best practices at once but when done right all stakeholders gain some benefit
