Creators averaging 10M views per video complain when they 'only' get 5M. (Most of us would throw a party for 5M) 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙝 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧: -𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗹... (Building a loyal following > building a large following) -𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗴𝗼 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘄𝗮𝘆... (Because you don't understand the algorithms) -𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀... (Both in quality of production and quality of story) Instead of focusing on going viral, Focus on consistency and quality. Instead of focusing on view counts, Focus on building a loyal following. Instead of focusing on massive creators, Focus on little wins in your own content. Comparison is the thief of joy. Stay patient; your time will come. REMEMBER, Progress is the name of the game...

The algorithm won't save you… But this might… Let me elaborate... The algorithm doesnt like creators who try to appeal to everyone You can’t be interesting to EVERYONE, its not possible Being someone for everyone will get you in more trouble than you think Even the most successful creators with broad audiences get into heat for it eventually Take Mr. Beast for instance, the most popular youtuber in the last couple of years. His content appeals to a wide majority of people and recently older audiences have begun questioning his legitimacy. Your brand/channel/content is the sum of the people you attract consistently Want a sustainable brand? Here's what you should do: 1. START writing content and post it 2. Keep doing it until you see meaningful metrics 3. Pay attention to the kinds of people that interact with you the most 4. Study them closely and see where your content can improve to engage more of them 5. Always interact and engage with them….not for the algorithm…but because you genuinely want to talk to your tribe These actions will reward you more predictably than any algorithm based trend. Dont put your faith in a single platform. Put your faith in your own ability to attract people like you.

Creator to creator: Mentioning 5,000 top creators on your post won’t make it go viral. What’s your advice to a creator? I’ll be in the comment section.

I've had creators message me recently who used to have decent views, but their channels are dead, for lack of a better word. Millions of subscribers, but views that rival a creator with like 20k subscribers. It sounds unfortunate that they used to be big, but now they're not? Well, I'd say nearly every time one of these creators messages me, they still have their ego at sky high levels, and the rate they offer is up there too. It's time to come back down to earth. Assess the situation, realise you're not able to demand those prices anymore, drop the prices and start working on improving the content. Or don't, either way it's not my problem. I don't honestly have an issue with big egos, but they have to be backed up. Views count, engagement matters, subscriber total is close to useless these days. It's a vanity metric, yet people still say "how many subscribers do you have?" - I ask "what are your average long-form youtube views per video over the last 10 videos or so?"

Wondering why your favorite creators hit 1M+ views every time they post while your content gets lost in the void? Comment "Viral" and I'll send over our latest blog right to DM. I break down exactly how top creators consistently use this formula to go viral. Here’s a quick sneak peek - We've uncovered what makes the algorithm tick by working with leading creators for the past two decades. The secret lies in a metric most people overlook - The Watch Time. The longer people watch, the more the algorithm loves you. Why? Because eyeballs = ad dollars. It's as simple as that. So all you need to do is give the algorithm what it wants. But how do you keep those eyeballs glued to your content? The art of going viral has 3 essential parts: - Hook: Grab them in 3 seconds flat - Suspense: Keep them on the edge of their seat - Payoff: Deliver the goods

There's no way beating the Algorithm is this simple! 👇 Everyone speaks about the algorithm as if it's some mystical being we can't hope to fathom, but in reality, it's painfully simple. The algorithm desires only two things from you: Keep viewers on the platform for as long as possible. Ensure they're engaged while they're there. If your content can deliver the goods by keeping viewers hooked and engaged, then the algorithm is more than happy to keep putting you in front of even more viewers, and potential clients. 📈 There's nothing else to it. There's no need to overthink it or attempt to game the system. Provide an exceptional viewing experience, and success will follow. 💪 #contentcreation #contenthacks #contentstrategytips

There’s a reason so many creators are also the ones doing freezing-cold, ice plunges. You have to be a little bit crazy, if you want to be a creator. -Posting (new) daily content -Not running out of ideas x 365 days -Putting yourself so out there publically -While being sort of tied to your company ^ -Daily effort engaging with strangers online And the discipline to do all this for 30-60 min. Every day. It’s really freaking hard and most people eventually burn out. Keep this in mind if you eye roll at someone’s post or think it’s cringey. Just creators out here doing their best, with what they know.

💡 Quality vs Quantity: What Really Matters in Going Viral 💡 If you think you need perfect, high-quality videos to go viral, here’s a reality check: relying on quality alone won’t fix everything. Your competitor could go viral with low-quality content while your polished piece won’t even hit the mark. Sounds unfair, but it’s the reality. 🌍 What really matters? Consistency. Keep showing up, keep creating, and keep posting. As Rocky Balboa once said: “It ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” 💪 Focus on progress and persistence—your viral moment might come when you least expect it!
