José Gonçalves’ Post

The day I turned 23 I set 2 goals to hit before turning 24: 1. Create the best social network in the world; 2. Win my first boxing match. It comes down to consistency. So I filled out this sheet next to my bed every night. 1. @amoamoamo is moving well 2. I won the match — I also forgot to fill the last chunk of the page because I was super overloaded with work and training. But here you can pretty much see when I was unmotivated, when work was tighter, when I focused on training, when I was lazy, etc. Overall very satisfied with the result. — Being consistent is exceptionally hard especially when you have other parts of your life you deeply enjoy. Relationship, family, other interests, etc, which is why I knew tracking was needed in the first place.

I'll have a sheet like this for our next boxing match, maybe the scales will tip the other way. Mais uma vez, parabéns! Foi merecido.
