The rigid folds of the corporate mindset are really showing how out-dated of an environment they create. Our work as a whole has shifted so much since Kinsey et al set this up that we should really look at a new model with flexibility for our people built in to all the processes that go into the product or service that we deliver. Optimizing for workers cannot be shoved into an excel spreadsheet. These are all great points of reflection in the article.
