Your internal launch for a new product is just as important as your external launch. Wait, what? That's crazy! Or is it? We often get so stuck on the external facing side of marketing a new product, that we forget the internal communication and training that needs to happen to help make the launch successful. It starts with messaging. Knowing your audience and the right messaging around your product will set the stage for your whole team. They should learn it and internalize it. Who should? I don't mean just sales training. At a minimum, anyone potentially interacting with prospects and customers should have some level of training. ☑ Marketing (including product leaders for complimentary products) ☑ Sales ☑ Customer Service ☑ Technical Support ☑ Leadership ☑ R&D ☑ Am I missing any roles?
