𝗔 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗼, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲. I wasn’t sure if the idea would stick. But after seeing a group of founders meeting weekly, rolling up their sleeves, and tackling real sales challenges together with peers (no fluff, no distractions), I thought: why not bring this concept to a larger community? 𝗜 𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 PeerSessions to Jasmijn Meeuwissen and Rijkje Hoiting from the community team at B. Amsterdam. To my surprise, they saw the potential right away. They backed PeerSessions with space, plugged it into the community, and in no time, we launched a small pilot in July. Two groups: one for 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀, one for 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. The concept was simple: each week, founders work together, 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 on their individual sales tasks. We start by 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀, dive into focused work for the morning, then regroup to 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. To wrap it up, we enjoy lunch together—building strong connections, having great laughs and sharing bold ideas. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽? 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱-𝗯𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 🤯 ↘ Sales strategies sharpened. ↘ Accountability like never before. ↘ Wins that hadn’t happened in months. The energy in those sessions was 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰. Everyone was pushing boundaries, breaking through obstacles, and hitting targets that had felt out of reach. It makes sense that founders were more engaged—after all, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁. This urgency pushes them harder than others, and the results speak for themselves. That’s when the bigger idea was born: 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. A space where small groups of peers could come together consistently, sharing best practices, learning from each other, and driving each other forward. It became clear that this community-driven approach—showing up for each other week after week—was the cornerstone of solving founder sales challenges within their way-too-busy schedules. What started as a pilot has now taken off. Every Monday and Tuesday, two peer groups (with just a couple of spots left) gather at B. Amsterdam, and this community is growing fast. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀?
