When I first transitioned into my role at impact.com, selling services and SaaS was a completely different challenge than my previous experience as an e-commerce manager at Havas. I faced significant doubts and challenges: 1. I didn't have an established network and had to build one from scratch. 2. I constantly doubted everything I did, which made tasks take longer to complete. 3. My performance suffered due to a lack of self-confidence—something crucial in sales. However, with the invaluable support of my manager and our SEA GM , I now feel confident and fully capable in this role.
