Having a strong, engaged email list is pure gold for small businesses. Some tips: Incentivize people to sign up with content upgrades and lead magnets. Deliver value upfront! Nurture your subscribers with a welcome series introducing you and your offerings. Send a weekly/monthly newsletter sharing news, tips, special deals. Get on their radar consistently. Don't blast promotions constantly. Aim for a balance of value and sales. Segment your lists and tailor messaging based on interests and buying stage. Get personal!

My impressions are down 50.2% in August But my revenue increased 46.9% → These are the 3 change I made → So you can steal them and → Implement now for FREE So you don't make the same mistake → That cost me $30k-$40k (ouch) (Want to skip the fluff? Link To Book 29 min FREE call below) 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝟭 → On 1st of August I spent → 8 hours analysing the 153 → Meetings booked in July Why? We only closed 31 deals — which is a 20% close rate. After a 4 hours the issue was painfully oblivious. 40 meetings with Persona 1 → 0 deals 42 meetings with Persona 2 → 0 deals Now for the data 153 total meeting - 82 unqualified meetings = 71 qualified meetings 31 closed deals / 71 meetings = 43.7% close rate. 🤦♀️ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭 - We only meeting with ideal clients → Close rates doubled overnight 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝟮 I had a 90 minute 1:1 with my $54,000 a year coach (A guy who Hormozi takes advice from) → 60 minutes into the session, → I showed him my 3,500 sub email list → And told him I wasn't doing much with it. He stared at me for about 6 seconds, in total disbelief And said “𝘠𝘦, 𝘧*𝘤𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘢 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩. 𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭” → We built me a 3 week email → Offer cycle which I spent 8 hrs → The next 2 days implementing And since then… I’ve closed 17 deals this month over email, with no sales call. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮 I run an offer every 3 weeks → Closing deals on autopilot 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝟯 98.7% of LinkedIn content sucks You know it, I know it, the TikTok memes know it. But it doesn’t get me down... On the contrary → it’s gets me excited. People scrolling are searching for a way → To GET OFF the LinkedIn platform lol. (Justin Welsh & Matt Barker have been using this hack for months) It’s simple really… When writing your post → At the same time you do it → Create longer form content → And put the link in the post (I know, it’s that simple) But why does it matter? More time on content = More trust built = More qualified prospects = You literally make more $$$ 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯 Every time I post I'll have → A link you can deep dive → Like this 29 min Call with me PS - What do you think is causing the lower impressions? You might be sending emails about webinars to your leads. But in these emails, when they click on register, they are redirected to a web page. And they have to fill out a list of details in order to register. Won’t this be easier if people could just register inside the email, in just one click? Well, that is exactly what you can do using the “Add to calendar” widget inside email. When people click on the ‘add to calendar’ button, as shown below: ▶ They’ll get registered automatically for the event ▶ And, the event will get added to their calendar if they use Google.
