Day 72 of #75Hard: Yesterday I separated from my employer. It all happened pretty swiftly as these things do. I drove home and started to turn into a Shipley's for a dozen of some delicious "sad day" doughnuts. But, I kept driving home! Filled out some applications, took a nap and knocked out my TWO 45 minute workouts. I almost destroyed MY growth/goals because of something outside of myself. Don't let things outside of yourself destroy your journey. In the words of Gary Steensgard, "you deserve better". From working somewhere that I am actually ashamed/afraid to share to being #OpentoWork is truly liberating.
