John Toebes’ Post

Here's an example of poor communications, or am I imagining it? After AT&T accidentally cut a bunch of camera wires at my house I was given the run-around to contact Sedgwick who is supposed to handle the claim. Here's a scan of the letter I got yesterday (redacted of course). Notice the {Enter Information} in the form letter and the {ATT UID} instead of a real email address. But what is really great about this company that doesn't want you to contact them is the {Add SOL Language} on the form. That can't mean what I think it means, does it? Oh and the icing on the cake.. The redacted phone number they give you doesn't support SMS nor can you actually successfully leave a voice mail at that number that anyone responds to. #communications Sedgwick

I'm not sure if I should laugh or cry about this. But I'll laugh, because I need for humor these days. Hopefully you can get it resolved.
