If you are in sales and DO NOT have something in your life that makes you feel like you are winning ... read on ... Listen, you cannot keep making your sales career THE thing that makes you feel successful. You just cannot do it. That is a slippery slope my friend. We play a losing game in sales. We may win by hitting quotas and getting spiffs ect... but daily, we are losing. And I know you are not winning every quarter even though you give everthing you have to your craft. It is just the game we have chosen to play. Your connection to only winning in your career will take you right the heck out of the game at some point. Either by, over committing and not have work boundaries, making commitments to your family and breaking them, beginning to fudge on your morals and start saying little white lies because "it's not that big of a deal" and many other things. All to get the feeling of winning. Perception is wild, isn't it? You have a choice in this matter: choose something that you can commit to that makes you feel like you are winning that has nothing to do with your career. It will completely change how you show up every day for the better. You got this! p.s. I made this B&W because I look like a hot mess after every run and ya'll just do not deserve that 😆

If your an entreprenure one of the most important but under rated departments is the sales team. sometimes your first hire should be a seasoned sales professional. To keep your business having clients and to give your business a better shot at passing the 5 year mark and not going under.

Sean’s Sales Tip Do not wait for the perfect opportunity. Plan then act and execute excellently. The life you want to live doesn’t happen through “preparation." It happens through action and execution. That life can start happening TODAY. Society tricks people into thinking they need to “prepare” perfectly to live a better life. A decent plan, acted on early and executed perfectly will deliver you much more success.

Sales people are paid well because: - no pain, no gain - no means next - rejections teaches lesson to keep moving forward - closed lost means time to improve - close win means celebrate 🙌 I moved from engineering to sales and it was one of the best decisions that I made. 😍 #sales #life #wealth

3 thoughts from a Sales Executive on a normal Wednesday…. 1. Most people are insecure and they need to be more self aware. 2. Every sales rep should be full cycle. It either creates a legend or weeds out people who should not be in sales. 3. Running is underrated. Getting uncomfortable is underrated. If youre in sales, commit to a 30 min run for a couple weeks and enjoy the fruits. #runforcommission

In sales, you get out what you put in. That's the beauty and pain of sales. You control your career. It's confronting, but liberating. Because it means you have the power to change it. So let me ask you: Have you done EVERYTHING in your power to succeed? Have you fully committed to mastering your craft? Have you faced your fears and done what scares you? Have you surrounded yourself with people who raise your game? If not, the good news is: You can start right now. You can decide, at this moment, to take extreme ownership of your success. No more excuses. No more blame. Excuses won't build your future. Only accountability will. You're in the driver's seat. Make decisions today that your future self will be proud of. -- 👋 Follow Steve Heroux ★ for more sales content. ♻️ Repost to share with your network.

Being in sales can be daunting! A fear of mine that I'm working on is ticking off off my customers with over communication! Now, I know this is extremely irrational of me... I sell a world class solution that for many of my clients CHANGES the trajectory of not only their sales process but their business! We take the time together to see how I can solve their pain. After, I'm setting up clear next steps so my customer KNOW I'm calling and what I'm calling about. Intrusive thoughts: What if I catch them while they're on lunch? What if they're busy in a meeting? What if they get mad because they changed their mind and aren't interested anymore? Did I mess up the time I was supposed to follow-up and I'm going to kill the deal? All things aside I'm in sales and this is apart of the job! I have to overcome this a bit more each day and so far... its going pretty well 😁 ! Do you have any fears you're working on?

When you promote a top salesperson to sales manager you usually ruin two jobs in one move.
