How I write LinkedIn posts in 15 minutes (without compromising on quality) Here’s the truth: If writing your LinkedIn post takes longer than 30 minutes... You're doing it wrong. LinkedIn isn't the place for perfect essays or complex content. → You spend hours obsessing over a topic → Your competitors post and gain traction Here’s what you need instead: → Speed → Clarity → Simple structure (And I got you) → Start with a strong hook → Share a relatable opinion or insight → End with a thought-provoking question Get out of your head. Get into action. (Or a box of donuts like I want right now 🍩) PS What stops you from showing up consistently on LinkedIn?
On average it took 20-25 mins to write the post, last week I wrote the post in 10 mins that got 2 Inbound leads which eventually led to the $3k coaching client. Many people just overcomplicate the writing, when you have a proven structure and response it makes it so much easier to write the content.
Short and straight to the point!👌🏽 I must have a long way to go though because it sounds simple, but it doesn't come that easily to me yet. I guess it will come with time and practice. Thanks for sharing Johnnie Perry
Writing a solid LinkedIn post doesn’t have to be a long haul; keep it snappy, clear, and well-structured, and you’ll leave them wanting more
Speed and simplicity are definitely game changers, Johnnie Perry
If you can write your thoughts quickly, you can improve the efficiency and quality of your posts.
You're spot on! People waste so much time trying to perfect every sentence. LinkedIn is all about speed and impact. If you overthink your content, you’re missing out on engagement.
Speed and clarity are key for LinkedIn
Those donuts look CRAZY good 😁

3mo💡 This is spot on, Johnnie! We overcomplicate LinkedIn way too often. The truth is, it’s not about crafting the perfect essay—it’s about showing up, being real, and adding value consistently. 🚀 What I love most about your approach: Strong hook? ✅ Clear and relatable insight? ✅ Quick structure to follow? ✅ It’s all about taking action, not getting stuck in analysis paralysis. I’ve found that clarity comes through doing, not overthinking. Now, back to those donuts... 🍩 What’s one tip you'd give to help others stay consistent?
