The more I practice, the luckier I get! 👆 This golf rule metaphor totally applies in business. Before, I used to think golf was a lazy sport for rich, boring businessmen. Now, golf has become a mental practice for business and life coaching for me. Over the past few months, the mindset of golf players has taught me valuable lessons: ⛳️ Focus 101: To be a winner, you don't need to be the strongest or the fastest. The key to success is focusing on calculated actions, precise movements, and understanding your goal. ⛳️ Goal Setting 101: Know your target and understand the path to it, but concentrate on your "shot" right now. ⛳️ Consistency 101: The more you repeat your movements and hone your skills, the "luckier" you get at hitting your target. Business is a sport and a daily routine. If you want to play in the big leagues, you have to practice constantly.☝️

Why not me? A good friend taught me this mantra…on the golf course of all places. But I’ve always been a bit introverted, not wanting to take up space and uncomfortable with attention. Starting my own business and having to learn to sell myself has shown me how important self-confidence is and believing that I deserve to take up space. So today’s mantra is ‘why not me’ because we all have a unique set of experiences, skills and desires to put our energy into the world like no one else does.
