🔥🔥🔥WORKDAY FINANCIALS IS COMPELLING🔥🔥🔥 Workday Financials has come on hugely... and we've gone from seeing resources being flown in on the early projects... to lots of Workday Financials programmes kicking off in EMEA and the UK and more resources becoming readily available. So let's talk Work Day financials. The Work Day financials is a a personal favorite of mine. It's an area that I've specialized in for three or four years now. It's moved on a lot in that time. What's your take on the market and the direction of travel, Shafiq and I would agree with you that actually that the product on the market has moved on. I mean my first interaction with Work, their financial, my first program was in 2016. So it it it really was quite new at that point. I remember the the SI partner at that time was. Literally flying in resources from the US because they're literally they're literally wasn't anyone trained in the UK. So you know the product has always had a really sort of good vision. So I think the technology and the maturity of the product is sort of caught up with the vision now and it's quite a compelling product. It's got more and more market presence. It's always had more penetration in the US versus Amir in the UK. But I think that is beginning to change and it's a product that's increasingly able to deal with more complexity in the financial space you know. Looking at a more compelling proposition across sort of range of sectors, really. So, um, yeah. And it's a great ecosystem, great ecosystem to be involved with. Everyone kind of knows everyone somehow. Yeah, absolutely. Concur, It's growing. It's growing massively. I mean, yeah, flying in resources from the US, that's really interesting. You know, there's a lot more resources now available aligned to the amount of projects and a lot more activity. So it's a really exciting space.

****KEY CONSIDERATIONS FOR CUTOVER**** Cutover is a key period where it's key to have the right resources in place and ensure you are clear on your plan. Having clean data will ensure a smooth transition from implementation to go-live! Timing is also essential especially for a Workday Financials project where year end is busy and not necessarily the ideal time. 💡🔥🚀 #focuscloud #workday #recruitment

As a lot of finance process are inter-related it's possible to cross train people from other areas to become experts in Spend!!! Here is some insight into transferable skills for Spend and this concept can apply to any area of Workday actually!!!! 👍🚀🤔💡 #focuscloud #workday #recruitment
