Unfortunately far too often I see people who struggle to make their business work They are worrying about whether they are going to be able to make a success of their business But then I check their socials and they aren't posting and lack the discipline or time to be consistent I ask them if they network and they say no They are too focused on other things But if you want a successful business you have to shout about it. You have to build relationships through many different mediums - socials, online and physical networking, emails etc The more quality conversations you have the more successful your business is likely to be So take a look at your business, is it where you want it to be? And if not look at what you are doing to spread the word and get visibility I'm not saying you need to get help if you cant afford it... what I'm saying is marketing needs to be done and be consistent whether that's by you, your team or by outsourcing So, if you aren't where you want to be, first take a look at what you are doing to spread the word and get visibility and be honest with yourself... How much do you really want it? Are you doing enough? Could you be doing more? Your business success depends on it

My view on a good advertisement Extraordinary point! Great publicizing is about really conveying a message that reverberates with your interest group, while likewise exhibiting your item or administration in a convincing manner. Here are a few critical components of a decent commercial: 1. Attention-grabbing: Use a provocative question, eye-catching graphics, or a bold headline to catch the audience's attention. 2. Clear message: State your product or service's value proposition and what sets it apart clearly. 3. Targeted: Recognize your intended audience and adapt your message to meet their requirements and interests. 4. Visual appeal: Utilize top notch pictures, varieties, and plan to make the promotion outwardly engaging. 5. A clear and prominent "compelling call-to-action" should be used to encourage the audience to take action. 6. Measurable: Incorporate a method for following the promotion's exhibition and measure its viability. 7. Authentic: Your messaging should be truthful and open, and it should be consistent with the values and voice of your brand. 8. Creative: Use imagination to make the promotion stick out and important. By integrating these components, a decent promotion can successfully connect with and convince your main interest group, driving outcomes for your business.

Wondering if your business will be succesful? I have a theory that I believe is a great starting place to gauge the health of whatever it is you are leading. I call it the 2 of 3 Theory of Success: 2 of 3 Theory: If you are building anything there are three components that are necessary for success. 1. Strong Vision 2. Team (the right people) 3. Resources If you have at least two of the above you have a viable business. It’s ok to be missing one. As long as two are healthy then you have good legs to stand on. With a strong vision and the right people you can find the resources. With resources and a strong vision you can find the right people. With the right people and resources you can write and cast a strong vision. As long as you have two healthy the third can be found, developed, or invested in. If all three components are firing on all cylinders you have a very strong likelihood of success. If you only have 1 or NONE you are sunk. From my experience this is pretty accurate. What do you think?

How to build a successful business in 3 steps : 1. Find product market fit First find a market, a group of people that will give you money for something they want In exchange Then find a product that gives people what they want so you can charge for it, that’s what people will give you their money for The higher the desire to have what you are giving them they higher the price you can charge for it 2.
