Nothing to see here...... When things get tough then this is the collateral damage that is far to prevalent and tolerated in NZ by employer hierarchial behaviour. This is quite simply a disgrace and a significant blight on the workforce environment that far too many good people suffer from every day. It is totally preventable by strong consistent and genuine leadership and employers who genuinely care about their employees and work environment. Every company has all the glossy HR policies and documentation and managers talk the big game but the reality is very different for far too many employees. This is not in anyway good enough.... Survey suggests toxic workplaces are rife – here's how to navigate them https://lnkd.in/g4Ks-MNQ
