Seeing the smile on an employee's face as they understand and trust that we are working in partnership to find the best opportunity in the job market for them is truly gratifying. At Bluecore Staffing LLC., we comprehend the challenges that blue-collar workers encounter as they search for their ideal job. Making mistakes is part of the journey, but we always course-correct because we know someone relies on us for guidance in a tough market. It's moments like these that remind us why we chose this path. Very grateful every day to be in the staffing industry and to have the privilege of helping people find meaningful work during tough times. When someone thanks me for making a difference in their lives, it reminds me why I do what I do. Providing opportunities, supporting individuals, and being part of their journey is what fuels my passion for this work. I’ll never stop loving what I do, because it’s about making a real impact when people need it most. #staffing #jobseeking #reliancestaffing

We're so excited to introduce to you, the newest member of the Gorge geeks! Meet Lacey! 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟: When I joined Gorge HR last spring, I brought with me 15 years of corporate HR experience in construction, distribution, and ed tech industries. I am so thankful for each role I had because it led me to Gorge HR where I am supported and constantly encouraged to do great work. Clear and honest communication and trusting relationships make my professional heart go bump-bump and, as a consultant, I am able to use those strengths to deliver quality work to my clients. When I'm not at work, you can find me with my husband and three children. We are equal parts adventurers and couch potatoes; constantly striving for balance and ending up with some sort of controlled chaos. There is rarely a dull moment in the Salsberry house! 𝐅𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐨 𝐟𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐆𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞: Call me a geek, but there is something about a compensation analysis that just brings me joy. I love being a part of the whole process from creating job descriptions, to researching costs of living and market value for roles and then tying them to the organization with performance metrics. If you've ever delivered the news to an employee that they are getting a raise, it's one of the best feelings in the world! As Gabi would say, compensation reviews are a little bit of "art and science" and I'm here for it. Employee happiness is very much dependent on fair compensation, and I thrive on being part of that process. ✨💥✨ #hr #humanresources #employeemanagement #hrdepartment

𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 In the corporate confines of an office tower, Rinkiya found herself at a career crossroads. Two years of dedicated service warranted a discussion about a raise. However, whenever she approached HR or her boss, Mr. Pappu, the conversation hit a wall.🦹 In a meeting with HR, Rinkiya laid out her case, citing her accomplishments and increased responsibilities. But instead of support, she faced a rehearsed script about company financial constraints. Mr. Pappu echoed this sentiment, stressing the need for austerity in uncertain times.🔮 Undeterred, Rinkiya persisted, seeking clarity on the path to advancement. Yet, each inquiry was met with vague assurances and elusive timelines. It became evident that the pressure to maintain the status quo outweighed any consideration for employee satisfaction.🕛🗓️ As Rinkiya grappled with frustration and disappointment, she realized she had to make a choice: accept the stagnant situation or seek opportunities elsewhere. With determination fueling her resolve, she polished her resume and embarked on a job hunt.📝 After diligent networking and interviews, Rinkiya secured an offer from a company that valued her expertise and was willing to compensate accordingly. With a mixture of relief and resolve, she tendered her resignation, bidding farewell to the suffocating pressure of her former workplace.🙎 As she walked away from the office for the last time, Sarah carried with her the lesson that her worth was not determined by the confines of corporate bureaucracy, but by her ability to recognize her value and pursue it relentlessly. 🌀 #corporatepressure #SalaryStalemate #CareerCrossroads #CorporateStruggles #EmployeeValue #NavigatingOfficePolitics #CompensationDilemma #WorkplacePressure #JobHuntJourney #FindingYourWorth

When I got laid off I had to make sure I didn’t dwell on it too much. As an HR professional, I know the first thing to go is usually the people. I have to remind myself that it's always business; it's never personal—no matter how personal it may feel. When they went through the numbers and looked at everything, my number was called. It sucks, but it’s just a part of the business cycle. Two years from now, they'll probably open the role again, and someone else will sit in that chair. That’s just how it is. I hate it—even to this day. It's tough because you're literally looking at people and telling them they might not be able to provide for their family. It’s hard, but it’s the name of the game. Just over half of employees are satisfied with their jobs, says Pew Research. But here’s the kicker: less than half feel good about promotion opportunities, and only 34% are content with their pay. Not all doom and gloom, though. Most folks are happy with their coworker relationships, and almost as many value their managers. In my role at KIP Search, I've seen firsthand how crucial these relationships are. When people like who they work with, it makes all the difference. Another insight from Pew: your job isn’t just a paycheck; it’s a part of your identity. If it’s not working for you, maybe it’s time to explore new opportunities. #jobsatisfaction #employeewellbeing #careeropportunities #payandbenefits #leadershipdevelopment
