Jodi McDonald’s Post

💡 Reflecting on the Salesforce EMEA LEAD Women’s Program in Dublin! Last week, I joined an inspiring group of women leaders from across EMEA for #LEAD — a packed program around the topics of Branding and executive presence, resilience and authentic leadership. We discussed how #AI and #Agents are set to fundamentally reshape the way we work and how we lead in this new era. Lots of incredible insights from the external speakers Meiko Takayama, Michele Mees, Aneeta Rattan, Dame Inga Beale and Bianca Miller - Cole. Equally impactful were all the interactions with our Salesforce executives and with this incredible cohort of peers that are part of this program. A huge thank you to the Salesforce Office of Equality, fellow participants, and the executive leaders who supported us throughout the in-person summit. 🙏 And special thanks to Sinead Rose CDMS-SP for making this program a success and to sponsors Lori Steele, Nathalie Scardino, Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel, Cindy Tyeskey-Gage and Amir Kabel It's been quite some time since I’ve engaged in personal development, and this program has been incredibly energizing as I approach my 13th year at Salesforce. And the program isn't ending with this event! There is a broader development path, offering access to expanded networks, virtual learning opportunities, and sponsorship support.
