Moving from Start-Stop recruitment to Always-On Hiring. I often hear in-house HR Directors and hiring managers challenged with predictably and repeatedly finding the right talent for their business. More often than not, they're running a start-stop process. React to the business need, start hiring, find a candidate, close it down. Repeat. This is okay if you hire a handful of people in a range of different roles. But - if you're hiring for the same 2-3 roles, month-after-month then you're wasting a lot of effort and likely out on the best talent.
