Somebody's got to put the ��real�� in real estate. And that somebody is me. I��m private equity��s biggest asset. Tired of stocks and bonds? So am I. I may be known for secondaries, but I'm second to none. Credit may be my thing, but my personality definitely isn't borrowed. Did you turn it off and then turn it back on again? You're welcome.

I thought of a Spelling Bee commercial: the word was, “swapopportunity” and poor kid went, “That is not a real word”; and a woman judge, “It is real. It is very real!”. It is different from swaption…we also coined “quantimental”… 👏
