Here's my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: When I was a captain for the volleyball team playing for Slavia Prague, our coach taught me that feedback wasn't criticism - it was care in action. As I stepped into leading the Inside Sales Team at Right Management this year, that lesson came full circle. True growth happens when we create environments where people feel safe to learn, supported to develop, and encouraged to thrive. ❤️ 2024 brought beautiful moments of transformation, both personally and for our clients: • Watching our outplacement solutions help people navigate through one of the most difficult times of their career with humanity •Living our #BeHuman campaign to champion coaching within the workplace • Taking my own growth journey through L5 Leadership coaching certification ( nearly finished) • Building partnerships that put people first in every transition Three posts that touched hearts this year: "Belonging isn't something others hand to us.
