Hence why I make it a point to carry a battery brick with me wherever I go. I'm not *against* using these types of outlets, but they seem more of a last resort rather than an interface to avoid entirely. Of course, you could be proactive and charge your battery brick here and THEN your phone...with the brick.

“WHAT IF I GET HACKED WHEN I PLUG INTO THIS OUTLET?” 🤔 Cyber pros: ‘don’t plug devices into random places’. ➡️ Sure, but it’s SOOOO inconvenient. Especially when your 14 hour flight is delayed 4 hours. 👎 And your phone is almost dead. And your charger was in the bag you checked. 🙃 I found the charging place. I want to plug my phone into it. What can go wrong? Phone broken into… data stolen… idk. How bad would that be? Someone sees my personal data (📸 of 🐈 and 🐕) Maybe work emails. My phone explodes (?) How likely is that? About 0%. What would you do?
