As consultants and trusted advisors, the ability to navigate between governance and operations is essential – especially when resources are stretched and the lines between the two often blur. On an advisory board, our role is to focus on governance: providing strategic oversight, managing risk, and ensuring the organisation stays aligned with its long-term goals.
