Neuron7 continues its path of innovation and leadership in the new Service Resolution Intelligence market.

Very excited to share that Neuron7.ai’s 44M Series B led by Smith Point Capital, LLC (founded by former Salesforce co-CEO Keith Block) and joined by Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures Ventures. Resolutions are at the heart of Customer Service. And that is where we have always focused – we knew if we cracked it, it would create the biggest impact in the world of Service. Especially the complex service industries. We were beyond excited when we figured out a way to create a Smart Resolution Hub leveraging AI technologies, when we started 5 years ago. Vinay Saini Amit Verma. Today, I feel a huge validation of our approach and thinking when enterprise stalwarts like Keith Block Chris Lytle Burke Norton join our cause. Our board and existing investors have been pillars of support. As we enter this next phase, we’re committed to doubling down on what works and accelerating our growth: 1.) Customer Success: Our customers start with one service tier (like Support) and expand across Field Service, Self-Service, and even Engineering. They’re doubling their investment and impact with Neuron7 every 16 months—and we’re here to keep that momentum going. 2.) Product Innovation: We see the Smart Resolution Hub as the future of service. Expect rapid innovation as we add new modules and features, co-created with our incredible Customer Advisory Board and customers. 3.) Platform Excellence: We’re building the Neuron7 platform to be seamless for our customers and very valuable to our CX platform partners. Investing in strategic partnerships will be a key focus as we continue to scale. I’m continually inspired by the Neuron7 team and the incredible talent we’ve brought on board. Happy belated 4th of July, and huge CONGRATS to Clay on their remarkable $62M Series B round! 🎉 I have been using Clay for prospecting, validating lists, and simplifying enrichment waterfalls to 1 click in order to help companies build their TAM (something that usually takes significant hours or doesn't get done at all). Btw, one more thing this week… As you probably have heard by now, we’ve raised $130 million in a mix of primary and secondary funding, increasing our valuation to $3 billion. A short story on how this round came to happen: By the end of 2023, we were receiving strong interest from investors about fundraising, but we were deflecting those conversations since we had a solid cash position and were quickly moving towards profitability. This meant that we had no immediate need for the cash, as it would be sitting in the bank without being invested or spent. Around the same time, given the current economic environment, we started thinking about providing some liquidity to our team, enabling them to sell some of their Sword shares. This was especially important considering the high interest rate environment and the day-to-day challenges resulting from it. So, we decided to redirect those investor conversations from Sword fundraising to brokering a deal between new and existing investors and the team members who wanted to sell their shares. This resulted in a $100 million transaction where hundreds of Sword team members were able to benefit from this opportunity. Since we set this secondary round at $100 million and it was oversubscribed (i.e., there was more investor interest than we could accommodate), we decided to leverage that interest and raise a small primary round just to update our 2021 valuation to a higher, and honestly more credible, 2024 valuation. Of course, all of this seems simple and straightforward, but as anyone who has done even a single fundraising round knows, there are countless minor and major details to manage to get this done. All in all, this is a great outcome for our team. A direct result of their incredible work, dedication, and talent. Still only 5% done though.
