Had an excellent time last night speaking to students at University of Colorado Denver for their AI-Driven Entrepreneurship course! My cluster leader, Jim Surlow , and I walked the students through all the great foundation models AWS has to offer. Learning has no age limit, and last weekend proved just that! I couldn’t be more proud of my uncle, Rajender L. (50), and cousin, Pranay Lakkaraju (20), who teamed up for an Amazon Web Services Hackathon in the cutting-edge space of Generative AI. What made this event extra special? It wasn’t just about coding—it was about the incredible synergy between father and son, both pushing boundaries and learning side by side. While AI is transforming industries and automating countless jobs, it's inspiring to see how my uncle has dived headfirst into this field, proving that age is just a number when it comes to learning and tackling new challenges.
