A good way to predict the future and build it is to understand what the best entrepreneurs are currently working on. As the start-up storm calms down and the industry recovers, new chapters open in the technology and innovation industry. They are surprising, daring, and let us envision an optimistic and desirable future if the best minds, the best hearts and the best souls unite. Entrepreneurs have been essentially building cool apps for the past decade, compiling into a smart phone powerful micro accesses including mobility, education, finance, health care. I'm betting on the next wave of innovation that will be all/mostly about (re)building our real world and physical territories, with digital native institutions, and connected, open governance. An amazing vintage of projects and entrepreneurs is emerging to (re)build districts, forests, farms, cities, and even countries. Governments are involved. Prominent entrepreneurs, such as Elon Musk, Reid Hofman, Peter Thiel and Marc Andreessen are involved too. The initial projects shaping this new paradigm include Tatu City , Próspera , NEOM .
