The pace of AI no longer surprises me. However, there have been a list of things that have really caught my eye over the past few months. Do any of these surprise you? 🔹 A simple 100-word email generated by ChatGPT-4 takes a bottle of water to cool the servers that generated it. 🔹 The stark difference between revenue-per-employee: Adobe ~$700K Midjourney ~ $5MM (AI generated graphics/video) For reference, Nvidia is estimated to be $100MM/employee. To be fair, Adobe has more product lines than graphics and has been heralded as launching exceptional AI tools in recent weeks. 🔹 Microsoft's AI program is on track to surpass $10 billion in annual revenue run rate next quarter. They remain a key player to watch, especially as they redefine their relationship with OpenAI . 🔹 The world anticipates the first $1B revenue single-person start-up to emerge soon. 🔹 Our phones won't have traditional apps. Instead, we will simply ask for what we want, and the device will choose the best assistant (think app) to fulfill our needs. Much like preferring direct answers over search links, this could reshape mobile interactions drastically. The world is changing, let's embrace it, and do it responsibly. 🌎 #AI #Investment #FuturePlanning
