Hi Hendo here, one of the founders of Veteran Hiring Solutions. Thank you so much for watching this video. So why veteran hiring solutions? What makes us unique? Well, I'm a former Marine and for the last almost 20 years, I've been helping organizations hire the right military experience talent, and I've also been helping those veteran job seekers understand their place in corporate America and ensuring that they're following their path and not somebody else transitioning to a career. And over those 1820 years, I've really learned that the job description is the greatest barrier to entry for the veteran job seeker. And also the interview process is built to exploit experience, not developed talent. Meaning you're taking the human and that capability to learn and grow out, and you're looking at specific industry experience to make sure that person can't do the job and the role. And what you find is when you speak to hiring managers, all they're talking about is the human they want to hire. But when they get into the corporate interview process, it's about what specific experience they can exploit and it just doesn't really match, especially for veterans. So what we did is we've broken the process down into a few different steps. So #1 the job description, but we do is convert that from an experience based legal document. To a paragraph based job document, meaning we're talking about what you need to do in that position, what you're going to accomplish, what you're going to work on, what capabilities you need to have, and then what career advancement looks like. It's called a performance based job description and we're delivering that to the veteran job seekers so they can understand exactly what that role is and what skills and experience they need to have out of the military to be able to do that full. Outside of that, next we bring video into the process. 70% of all the information we intake now is through video content. Our brains are just better at processing video. So we're bringing the hiring authority on camera and that hiring authority will talk to us and to that job seeking veteran about commanders intent for the role, meaning what does this role need to be able to accomplish capabilities of person in the seat, etcetera. That helps that veteran really bridge that. Experience of military into what this role needs. So when that first interview happens, that veterans already kind of connected the dots. And then what's happening behind the scenes at a subconscious level is those two brains are connecting or they're not that veteran, that hiring authority is sending out signals of the type of personality they are and that veteran job seekers receiving them. So either those personalities connect, those self consciousness connect, or they don't. And then on the other part of the video is what I like to call, you know, the Seinfeld effect, right? If Jerry Seinfeld walked into our house today, we'd all go, hey, Jerry. OK Jerry's been in our living room 100 times. It's because our brain doesn't know the difference between 2D and 3D communication. So every time that veteran job seeker is watching that video with that hiring authority, they're becoming more familiar and comfortable with that person. So what that means is that first interview is open, honest, and authentic because that veteran is comfortable with the hiring manager, they understand commander's intent for the role, and they've already kind of connected it until their military experience correlates to that role. And then finally, how do we support the veteran job seeker? This is one of my most. This is the most exciting part, I think of veteran hiring solutions and that is we have two AI chat bots. They're built specifically for us. So the first one named BMAX is an interview bot. So what BMAX does is it has the job description for the role and it has that veteran job seekers resume. And then it uses that information to conduct a mock interview for that specific role with that job seeking veteran and it provides feedback. And the military is all about training, So what we're doing is we're helping that veteran feel comfortable and confident because we're training them to win that interview. So that veteran is coming in. They've got, they've seen and met. The hiring authority, they understand commanders intent and the culture. And they've prepared themselves properly for that interview. So that hiring authority is receiving somebody who's already comfortable with them, who's already prepared and trained for that interview. So you get an honest, open, authentic. Interview. That is really comfortable. And then after placement, after we find the right veteran for that role and they accept the offer. It doesn't stop there. Our second bot is a culture bot and that bot is built to help that veteran understand how to communicate effectively and properly. And corporate America. So no more Marine Corps knife hands just to please and a thank you instead. And not only that they have access to that culture bot into perpetuity as long as they're part of our ecosystem, but also they're getting follow up for us after the time they take that job to ensure we've given them the right role that we've and that they are in the right spots, that we have long term hires for our clients and for our veteran job seekers. I hope this overview was helpful. Any questions, please reach out to us. You can find

4moGreat perspective! This is amazing difference maker! This is the kind of organization I’d love to work with to make a difference and organic impact. These are somethings that my (10 years ago) USMC TAPS should have had out the gate. I felt like a cookie cutter clone versus a unique and independent ready candidate or future entrepreneur. This really is a breath of fresh air! I will be looking into Veteran Hiring Solutions! Take care Semper FI brothers and sisters
