✨ Thrilled to share that after an impactful summer internship with K-Mama Sauce, LLC , I am continuing to work with them during this school year! 🚀 Over the summer, I had the opportunity to dive deep into the company’s operations and make a tangible impact. Here’s what I’ve accomplished so far and what I’m currently working on: 📈 Boosting Efficiency I streamlined the sales invoicing process, increasing internal efficiency by 25% within my first two weeks. 📊 Shaping the 2024 Brand Strategy I developed an updated brand strategy to reposition K-Mama as a premium product in the CPG market, specifically within Sauces, Condiments, and Dressings. 🎨 Redesigning the Brand I refreshed K-Mama's image with label redesigns and website updates, creating mock-ups that reflect the company’s high-end aspirations. 🔍 Research-Driven Approach My efforts are backed by continuous research into the U.S. market to ensure our strategy aligns with industry trends and customer needs.
