I empower leaders to drive sustainable change and give them a blueprint to meet targets, build credibility, and make a difference.

Sustainable growth needs both profit and purpose. (Yes, profit and purpose can coexist.) Here's how green leaders make it happen: → Profit? Essential. But not the only goal. Purpose drives long-term success. → Purpose? Core. It aligns your team and attracts loyal customers. → Innovation? Boosted. A clear purpose sparks creativity and new ideas. → Employee engagement? Sky-high. People want to do meaningful work. → Community impact? Significant. Your business can be a force for good, for everyone. And to the leaders unsure about this balance: It’s not about sacrifice, it's about synergy. Your team doesn’t want to work for just any company. They want to work for a company with a mission. ☑ With clear values ☑ Committed to sustainability ☑ Delivering meaningful results Studies show purpose-driven companies: • Grow faster. • Retain top talent. • Increase brand value Balancing profit and purpose means choosing both. Creating a business that thrives financially and ethically. So remember: Profit and purpose aren’t opposites—they’re partners. That’s not just good for your business. It’s great for the world. P.S. Which drives your business more right now: profit or purpose?

Agreed - Profit and purpose can and should go hand-in-hand. It's inspiring when you see companies prioritising both. 🙌

And don't get carried away by tempting distractions - stay true to your values, not like brands who back out on their mission abruptly and silently.

I think having a cap at growth is what would actually make it viable, Jessie. Marcus is famously anti green growth. For a good reason.

Profit and purpose *should* go hand in hand. All I want for Christmas is to see extractive practices be fully costed so the incentives make that easier and more universal. Thank you please, Santa!
