With constant demands on our time and energy, it's simple to overlook one of the most essential aspects of our well-being: peace. Taking just a few minutes each day to create a peaceful space can have a huge impact on our physical, mental, and spiritual health. There are physical benefits when we create a peaceful place. We can reduce blood pressure, heart rate, and stress hormones - all leading to a stronger immune system and better overall health. There are mental benefits. Peaceful moments improve focus, concentration, and mental clarity, which can reduce anxiety and depression. And there are spiritual benefits like increasing self-awareness, connecting with oneself and others, and a sense of calm and purpose. Even with a packed schedule, anyone can find moments of peace. Here are two things to try: 1. Start your day with 5-10 minutes of meditation, deep breathing, or simply sitting quietly with a cup of coffee or tea. This sets a positive tone for the day and increases focus. 2. Use your lunch break to take a short walk outside, practice yoga, or sit in a park or garden. This breaks up the workday and reduces stress. Be as consistent as you can. Start small and commit to practicing peace daily. As you enjoy the benefits, you'll find it becomes an essential part of your routine. Peace is not a luxury. It's a necessity. Just a few simple practices will help you become better equipped to handle your challenges with clarity, calmness, and purpose. Take the first step towards serenity. Do you recognise any of these situations in your life? When you speak, it seems like your words get unnoticed, going into one of the other person's ear and out through the other. It feels like if you would scream your words, it would still be unnoticed. You have repeatedly told your needs to someone, but they don't do anything with what you said. It feels like your needs don't have any importance or priority. Your opinion or advice gets asked, you give your opinion or advice, but it gets dismissed and never used or the opposite of what you advised, gets done. You feel not heard, not understood, and powerless. How can you speak your truth being heard? In this six hour workshop 'Speak your Truth' you'll have an opportunity to find out what is behind your words not being heard and how you can transform that so that you can speak your truth confidently and that your truth is heard. Here's the program for the day: - introduction - explanation of the throat chakra and its connection to the heart - testing how big the blockage is on speaking your truth - meditation to find root cause of your blockage to speak your truth, what you feel in your body and the connection of your mind and ego to your heart and your heart to your throat - sharing outcome of meditation - example session using EFT Tapping and other healing methods to release blockages - possible other example session (depending on time) - group healing with Archangels - testing how big the blockage is on speaking your truth (if still any left) to compare to start of the day - sharing end results - Q&A - closure Workshop details: Date: Saturday 7th September 2024 Time: 9 am - 4 pm with 1 hour lunchbreak Location: Wholistic Living Woonona, Shop 1, 409-411 Princes Highway, Woonona, NSW Price: $ 80 each, max. 8 participants Suggestion: wear something blue (clothes or accessory) to support the healing of your throat chakra. Happy Saturday! It’s the beginning of March already, almost a quarter of the way through the year and it seems like time is flying by. How are you spending your precious time and energy today? I’ve been listening along to the #tappingworldsummit and today had a wake up call from the amazing Cheryl Richardson who was talking about ‘redefining aging- making the rest of your life the best of your life’. She explored how we think about ourselves as we get older and how we spend our time, and she posed a question: ‘How would you feel about the life you have lived if this were your last day/week/breath? ‘ ❤️how would you treat yourself , looking after your body and mind? 🙏who would you choose to spend that time with? 🎤what would you say no to or let go of as it’s not aligned with your personal growth or wellbeing? 📅what boundaries would you put in place to protect your time and energy? When we think about our lives in this way it brings into perspective what really matters and where we can make positive changes without fear of what others think - after all, it’s not their lives it is yours! So how could you start loving yourself more today and reaffirming some boundaries or doing more of what you love ? Want some support in figuring out where to start with this? Comment ‘Resilience’ below ⬇️ and let’s have a chat. Here’s Cheryl’s talk that you can hear for free today - it will really help you prioritise what to spend your precious time and energy on today. #tappingworldsummit2024 #livelifeonyourterms #mindsetmatters #whatmattersmost #eftpractitioner #efttapping https://lnkd.in/enQgM_Ss

BIG NEWS! We all have stories we want to share -- even if only with our own family to inform them of what moments, events, people, choices, etc. made us who we are. Some of us have stories we know we want to publish or give as a talk. They are all important. They are your heart's stories. Telling them can heal, open, soften and even enliven our hearts. But even better -- telling our stories can inspire others to do, be or say something for themselves. It could even help them heal their hearts. Some of you may be looking for a way to jumpstart the process of writing YOUR story. Many of you have told me one-on-one that you have a memoir you want to write or a book of stories, essays or plays informed by your life. And I think it is no mistake that every single person I have ever asked to be a part of one of the Love Forward Talks said "yes." No one has ever turned me down even if they had no clue when I asked what they would talk about. I would LOVE to have you join us for a very special day of inspiration. The idea for this workshop came as a divine little download last Sunday (6/9/24) during a special meditation event I was at with friends. Not unlike the last Love Forward Talks whose inspiration came one month before we had the event, I knew it had to happen and happen fast! And so it will in just under four weeks. More info to come this week! Watch this space for more on "What's YOUR (Heart's) Story?" Saturday, July 13th 10a to 4p PT in Los Angeles or via ZOOM
