I had the chance to listen to Carter Froelich’s excellent “Land to Lots” podcast this weekend, featuring R. Craig Coppola. They had a fascinating discussion about finding success in both #realestate and life. One concept Craig shared really stood out: “Build your Resumes.” Whether it’s your professional resume, parent resume, spouse resume, or any other role you play, the idea is to recognize and celebrate your accomplishments across all areas of life. This isn’t a brand-new idea—Dan Sullivan, in his book “10X Is Easier Than 2X,” refers to it as looking back at the 10X progress you’ve already made. But Craig’s perspective adds something powerful: framing those achievements as part of an evolving resume, preparing you for your next step. For founders and long-time leaders, this is a great way to reflect as we wrap up the year. Take a moment to look back, celebrate your growth, and see how it’s shaping your next chapter.
