No matter what I ate or how much I exercised, I just couldn’t get below 200 lbs. I knew something deeper was going on. I was going to the gym five days a week, spending an hour per workout, eating 1,950 calories a day, and sticking to super clean meals. But no matter what I did, I couldn’t get under 200 lbs. It was clear I needed a new approach. That’s when I heard about a program that focused on metabolism—something I had never truly addressed before. I gave it a shot, completed it twice, and finally lost the 45 lbs I’d been struggling to lose for almost a decade. In a few weeks, I’ll be sitting down with the creators of this program to ask them why nothing else worked for me except this. So, here’s the journey... At my heaviest, I weighed 227 lbs. I eventually dropped to about 180 lbs and felt like a completely different person. But then came the hardest challenge—not exercise, not clean eating, but my mindset. Entrepreneurs will understand this. We often have an all-or-nothing mentality. I’d eat clean for so long, but the moment I slipped even once, I’d spiral in the opposite direction, gaining all the weight back. This happened more times than I can count. I had to face the truth: I needed to approach things differently if I wanted to keep the weight off. What was missing? Accountability. My life is nonstop. Between recording podcasts seven days a week (which I love), being there for my family, and chasing after a lively three-year-old, it’s hard to find time to work out and prepare healthy, whole meals. That’s when I kept hearing about Ryan Osborne and his business, Fit Leaders. I decided to work with him to shift my fitness mentality and stay consistent with my weight loss goals. Oh boy, did it work! In all seriousness, it was a game-changer for me. Ryan, so appreciative for you. Almost two months in, I’ve finally hit the 170s on the scale—and I’m sticking with it, even with my hectic lifestyle. Over the past few weeks, I’ve received so many DMs from people who’ve been inspired by my story. Those messages truly touch my heart. Health has to come first. Without it, we have nothing. Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to the small, consistent steps that make all the difference. Feeling grateful and blessed for every one of you that are by my side throughout this journey. Let’s cheer each other on! One day at a time! 💪🥑

Yes it is about mindset. Mental stress about weight can be counterproductive in healthy weight management.

Well darn done Jeremy, my mindset was recently nudged by David Rafuse, a few degrees is all it took. After just 12 weeks the few degrees is many pounds. #BlendedAthletics
